From Higher Spend to Healthier Growth

Building a Connected Digital Growth System for a D2C Home-Furnishing Brand

When GB Digital Hub received the mandate in June 2026, the objective was not simply to manage advertising campaigns. The larger challenge was to understand why increasing ad spend was not translating into equally healthy business growth.

Our review showed that paid media could not be treated in isolation. Campaign structure, product availability, tracking, website behaviour and actual net revenue all needed to work as one connected system.

The Challenge

Before the mandate, the brand was spending ₹2.10 lakh per month on paid media and generating a ROAS of 1.09. Revenue was coming in, but the relationship between advertising spend, customer behaviour and realised business value needed improvement.

The Key Learning

Paid growth is rarely fixed by advertising alone.

Campaigns may bring customers to a website, but sustainable growth happens only when advertising, analytics, product availability, landing experience and revenue measurement work together.

That is the role GB Digital Hub performs—building a connected digital growth system that improves the complete journey, not just one platform.
