Three chapters of one role — leading digital across India retail, D2C, and an international US partnership.

The role

Head of Digital Marketing at Raymond. The work below was built and delivered in-house under Gaurav's leadership — a foundational chapter that informs how GB Digital Hub now operates.

The scope

India retail: hundreds of stores. Over 1,500 fragmented digital listings. No way to connect digital presence to in-store revenue.

D2C flagship: myraymond.com, the brand's digital storefront, requiring the same architecture-first thinking applied to direct-to-consumer.

International: coordinating with Raymond's New York team at Times Square on the digital integration with a flagship US retail partner.

The work

Built a unified GMB ecosystem from scratch - tied digital footfall to in-store sales across the country. Led myraymond.com - connecting catalog, content, and conversion into a measurable D2C system. Coordinated from India with the Raymond America team to deliver a 3D product configurator deployed at a flagship US retail partnership.

Outcome
